Subject: Public Reporting of Progress in Meeting Highly Qualified Teacher Requirements
The No Child Left Behind (“NCLB”) Act of 2001 requires that the Local Education Agency (“LEA”) publicly report the annual progress of the LEA and each campus served by the LEA in meeting the state’s measurable highly qualified (“HQ”) teacher objectives.
